Board of Directors elections and voting are on the Annual Meeting agenda for February 25, 2026.
The Board of Directors are elected homeowners responsible for managing community operations, finances, and enforcing governing documents (CC&Rs) to maintain property values and quality of life.
Officer roles
- President — leads meetings, sets agendas, acts as the primary spokesperson, and signs contracts.
- Vice President — assumes presidential duties in their absence and often handles assigned projects.
- Treasurer — oversees financial records, dues collection, and financial reporting.
- Secretary — maintains meeting minutes, records, and association correspondence.
Most major actions require a majority vote of the board. Bring candidate ideas for the budget, common-area improvements, communications and billing, and ideas from the floor.
