Our mission
Elected homeowners, looking after the street we share
The Board of Directors are elected homeowners responsible for managing community operations, finances, and enforcing governing documents (CC&Rs) to maintain property values and quality of life. Key duties include budgeting, collecting dues, maintaining common areas, and acting in the best interest of the community with fiduciary care.

What the association does
Architectural review
One project per application. Submit plans before any exterior work. The ARC responds within 45 days; appeals go to the board within 20 days.
Homeowner directory
Fill in the contact form to join the neighborhood directory, or keep only your name and address on the list.
Common areas
The board oversees maintenance, repair, and replacement of community common areas and follows up on property-condition standards.
Dues and billing
The treasurer drafts the budget, sends invoices, collects dues, and follows up on delinquent payments. Use the contact form for billing questions.
Vendors
The association contracts vendors for garbage, insurance, and other services, and welcomes neighbor recommendations through the contact form.
Records and filings
Minutes, State Corporation Commission filings, taxes, and meeting reports are kept so homeowners can inspect official records.
Standards
Directors enforce covenants, conditions, and restrictions fairly and consistently, and reply to county issues that affect the street.
