Architectural Review applications — homeowners only

Exterior changes on Farr Street need Architectural Review Committee approval. Use the ARC request form on this site, or download the October 2021 application from Documents.

Conditions

• Only one project per application. Enclose a plat survey for structure projects.
• Applications must include detailed plans, sketches, drawings, pictures, and specifications.
• Exterior color changes are limited to tonal variations of the original color.
• Work must commence within thirty (30) days of approval and be completed within six months.
• The ARC will make a determination within forty-five (45) days.
• If denied, an appeal may be filed with the Board of Directors within twenty (20) days.
• Applications can only be submitted by homeowners — renters may not apply.
• Call Miss Utility (1-800-257-7777) before digging.
• County permits do not replace ARC approval, and ARC approval does not replace county permits.
